Honesty note: We currently grade brokers on one real, measurable dimension:
whether they publish a self-service online opt-out. We do not yet have enough
real completion data across brokers to honestly grade compliance speed, opt-out difficulty, or
re-listing behavior for individual companies — those show as "Not yet rated" rather than a
guessed grade, and will be added once we've processed enough real removals to support them.
Current Methodology
A — publishes a direct, self-service online opt-out URL. B — opt-out available by email, no self-service URL on file. Not yet rated — we don't yet have a documented opt-out method on file for this broker. This does not mean the broker has no opt-out process, only that we haven't confirmed one.
