We believe cancelling a service should be as easy as signing up. There are no cancellation fees, no phone calls required, and no "retention specialists" trying to talk you out of it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using any of these methods:
If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged anything. Your account will remain active until the trial period ends.
When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you cancel an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. For example, if you cancel 6 months into an annual plan, you are eligible for a refund of approximately 50% of the annual fee.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of your initial subscription and receive a full refund of any fees paid, no questions asked.
Upon cancellation:
Data broker removal requests that were submitted before cancellation will still be processed by the brokers. However, we will no longer monitor for re-listing or submit quarterly re-submission requests. Without ongoing monitoring, your data may reappear on broker sites within 3-6 months as brokers re-collect information from public records.
If you decide to come back, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. Since we delete your data after cancellation, you will need to re-enter your personal information. We do not maintain inactive accounts.
