To the extent that any of our services may be considered "credit repair" under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. 1679 et seq.), the following disclosures apply:
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your consumer reports directly with consumer reporting agencies without the assistance of any third party.
You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus once every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com.
No one can legally remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report.
You have the right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days from the date of signing without paying any fees.
Vigilant Privacy assists you in exercising your existing legal rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including your right to request disclosure of your consumer files and to dispute inaccurate information.
We do NOT guarantee any specific outcome, including improvement of your credit score, removal of specific information from your reports, or any particular result from disputes filed.
We do NOT make any representation that we can remove accurate information from your consumer reports.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within three (3) business days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After the three-day cancellation period, refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the date of purchase and renew annually. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to submit all requests accurately and in a timely manner. Data broker compliance with removal requests is beyond our control.
All content, software, code, design, and branding of Vigilant Privacy is the property of Vigilant Privacy, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIGILANT PRIVACY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vigilant Privacy, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in North Dakota or remotely at your election.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Vigilant Privacy, LLC.
Small claims court actions may be filed in the appropriate court in Williams County, North Dakota.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vigilant Privacy, LLC regarding the Service.
